Petey's Down Smash, between others

Petey's down smash is a little bit too powerful, kills you with 20-30% of damage.

Megaman's blaster charged shot sends you flying way too much, also at low percentages.

Leave Pac-Man alone, pretty decent moveset, average power for every move, WELL DONE.

Petey might get a revamp in future demos, but for now I think his kill power is fine. He needs it. Dsmash is still difficult to land, even with side B.
