This minigame is based on the game Hide and Seek, but to make it compatible with Smash, it will be slighty different:
Rules:
-You can set from 1 to 99 rounds.
-Player tags are deactivated.
-There's Normal mode, where after the hider is defeated they'll die and Assistant Mode, where the hider will become a seeker after being defeated.
-There's a point system.
-This mode uses stamina, you can set the hider's stamina freely (default 10hp), and the seekers don't have stamina, they take damage but the hp doesn't decrease, but if you really want, you can set the seeker stamina (default 100hp).
-You can set the time to hide from 1 to 5 minutes, and the time to seek from 1 to 10 minutes.
-There are items exclusive for this mode, like Cloaking Devices, an item that lets you know the hiders localization with an arrow, an item that makes your torch bigger/smaller, etc, only when items are on.
-The camera won't directly zoom to the seeker, they'll have more camera range than in vs mode.
How does it work?:
-There are specific maps for this mode, since using normal maps would be too easy, you can make your own maps too if a stage creator is made, but like I said, they'll be specific for this mode.
-The players have a torch, the hiders' torch activates when they need to hide and the seeker's torch activates when he needs to seek
-The map has a ''cage'' where all 2/6 players are, in this cage, one of the players can't move (the seeker) until the time runs out, during this time the hiders can move freely and hide. After that, the seeker will be able to move around freely for a set amount of time, but the hiders can only walk (not run) and jump once during this time. If the time runs out, the seeker will lose, and the hider(s) will win.
-The cage is big enough for the seeker to don't see where the hiders go.
-There are different routes for different characters, for example, characters who can glide and float, or simply can reach these places because of their number of jumps or recovery can reach secret places that other players can't, so can characters who have wall jump, who have really strong moves and can break certain sections with that move, who can crawl, etc.
-There are routes all characters can access to.
-The point system is similar to Mario Party's 3 vs 1 point system: Depending of the number of players, there is from 1 to 5 points, if the seeker finds a hider, the seeker gets 1 point, if the seeker can't find the hider(s), the hiders get their respective points.
-Hiders can attack each other while they're hiding, but you can deactivate this.
-Seekers can attack during their time, once they defeat the hider, they'll be in KO position, unless you set it to assistant mode.
-If there's a double ko with the seeker, there will be a draw or sudden death with 100hp in the cage.
-If the seeker dies, they'll lose their points and the hider will get their points + the one they deserve for surviving, if there's a rare case of double ko, no one will get the points.
Remember this is still in progress, if you want, you can give your own ideas, and make sure to ask if you have any doubt or if I made any grammar mistakes.
