Excite Bike and Path to Glory completely broken.

Excite Bike is missing most of it's art but is functional.

Path to Glory is an empty black screen causing to to fall and SD.

This is 100% persistent on each attempt to load the stage, across multiple downloads on multiple computers. I'm shocked such a blatant error could pass through, let alone go barely unreported.
