The Collections Thread

Totally not an excuse for me to show off my stuff

I'm a sucker for a good figurine, I have three main collections of them.

1. Funko Pop! Figures. I started collecting them a month or two ago and I love them. So far I have 9 of them (Tywin, Russell (Up), Xenomorph, Jon Snow, Woody, Altair, Hannibal Lecter, Patrick Star and Batman). I just love the variety of them.

2. Disney Infinity Figures. I don't love the game though I have played a lot of it, I mainly have them for the figures. They're all incredibly well made. My collection is 16 strong and I shudder to think what it's going to be when they throw Marvel into the mix. I'll have to get Stitch on his release too.

3. Doctor Who Figurine Collection. I've been collecting them from the first day, they're metallic resin and look amazing, easily the most high quality of my collections. They're all hand painted, I have 23 from the main collection, two specials (Slitheen and TARDIS), plus the colossal Dalek Emperor that was available for subscribers. The only thing I'm not getting is the premium Dalek set which is an extra Dalek every 10 or so issues and you have to pay £1 extra an issue ($1.50).

I'm actually into Funko Pop! as well, I have about 31 of them... though they're really the only figurines I collect.

I'd love to see photos of your collections if you have the time.

Um.... i used to have an addiction for neopets but after 4th grade i put them in a bag and hid all of them somewhere. If i find it ill list my collection but my main and favorite neopet was a monkey called Mynci.

Myncis are the shit, but Lupes are where it's at.

I collect stuff based on Carnage from the Spiderman comics but not like religiously or anything

I used to collect Altoid tins. Never really understood why. Also, Webkinz when I was even younger.

I used to collect Euros from other countries when I was younger, but one day we kinda needed the money so I just used them. Obviously, I also used to vigorously collect pokemon tags back in the day.

Nowadays, I don't really collect anything, except maybe images I like, for which I have a dedicated folder.
