I dug up an old CD, could be amazingly rare, any help?

I was looking through my old stuff, and I stumbled across a CD, it's called "Animal Crossing: Your Favorite Songs: Original Soundtrack".

I bought it from Club Nintendo personally, and it's all still new and sealed. But this is where it gets weird, there is none on eBay, not in Completed Listings or International either (I found two very old ones from '08, they didn't sell). I Googled and only found a couple of sites that confirmed it's existence. I believe that it was released in Europe only, and was an exclusive Club Nintendo prize.
I got it a while ago too, it was released as a promo for City Folk, which would date it at about '08-'09, the copyright on it says '09.

I'm getting really excited I have something amazing, but I don't know where to turn next, any advice?

yeah, it is a weird one, i don´t think you should save, if you need money, sell it somewhere, maybe Ebay, or something like that!

Until I find out just how rare it is this will be the case, I won't unwrap it though.

if it´s completely new, it could have a reaaaaally high price, so you should do more research on how much it´s price is, good luck, Ganon
