| According to smash wiki, it is because of it's "suggestive motion" (even though it's not suggestive at all) |

| Um, no.
I actually have the definition from my WIP glossary of competitive terms for the megaguide:
"Sex Kick- Almost always a Nair, the Sex Kick is defined by its unique hitbox attributes. The most important attribute is the difference in the multiple "thrust" hitboxes, hence the name Sex Kick. The initial hitbox of the thrust (the first hitbox of the move) is always more powerful than subsequent hitboxes with the only exception being Dr. Mario's Nair in Melee. Sex Kicks also typically have low startup and endlag, as well as low landing lag. The Sex Kick's hitboxes usually last for a long time, meaning the move is still active as long as the character's foot is out. Characters with a Sex Kick include Fox, Falco, Mario, Link, Samus, Jigglypuff, etc."
EDIT: Long story short, the reason it's called a sex kick is because the leg that sticks out has multiple hitboxes on it (for different portions of the leg) that thrust outward. Thrust = sex. |

| I have never watched porn. That gave me the free time to make the glossary I suppose.
BTW the glossary is filled with hundreds of paragraphs just like that for things many people probably didn't think existed. You'll all see when it's done. |

| I'm really not kidding. Never had an interest in it. Sure I've had an interest in sexual contact and enjoy ecchi anime, but I have never gone so far as to watch porn. Think about it, would I even bring it up if it wasn't true? |

That glossary is Mercury's, not from Smashboards, however the term itself doesn't come from us. So basically, there is no guide in the sense you are referring to. The term was coined by Matt Deezie, who is pretty much the founder of the competitive smash scene. He also coined the terms "shine" referring to the damaging hitbox on space animal reflectors, and the term "chain-grab". |

I wasn't referring to the glossary, nor any particular guide, it was more directed at whoever coined the phrase, so I guess that would be Deezie. |
