Also, you can't just say that a character will be over powered without having him/her/it be playable. By that logic, Mewtwo would be over powered due to him having the highest stat total of any Pokemon ever. (other than Arceus, but when Mewtwo was in Melee, he was the best Pokemon ever, period)

EDIT: Leo has informed me that Black Kyurem and White Kyurem also have a stat total that is higher than Mewtwo, 700.

The nature of the character does not dictate whether they are OP or not, the way they are coded does.
