Dr.Wily for CrusaDLC

Dr. Wily is the main antagonist of the Mega Man series, he has been with the series since the beginning and is one of the most recognisable faces of the series.

Moveset Potential
There are two ways Wily can fight, he could either have some sort of giant robotic suit, that he sits in and uses for fighting, or he could be on his own, but thanks to his advanced knowledge of mechanics he'll be able touse a vast array of gadgets, and be able to build robots on the battlefield to set traps for the enemy.
