Anyway, now we got that out of our way.


Introduction
I have planned this tourney for an while now. Unlike the other tourney's so far, this one will not be using the elimination rules. Why? Because eliminations is getting old! Eliminations bothered me deeply because it only decided the victor by chance, not how you fare against everyone else.

Game rules

This tournament will use the league rules. That means you will fight against every opponent at least once. The goal of this tourney is to get as many points as you can. You earn a point by beating your opponent in a best of 3. Losing will not grant you any points. Not meeting up for a match will earn you a penalty of losing one point, Even if you don't have any points!(Unless of course you have good reasons for not meeting up) The victor will be decided once everyone has fought each other once.

Currently there is no limits on how many can join this tournament. There needs no specific amounts of players in order to start this tourney.

I have not decided yet how ties should be handled, but I promise you I won't be using elimination for that!

Spectators/Hosters
If possible, spectators should be present in every match just to make sure we get accurate results. I would appreciate if the matches could be recorded too. People want to see the action too you know. If the connections are bad between the players. Having someone host for them would be nice. Currently I am the only spectator, it's open for more if you are interested.

The patch will only be fixing some bugs that shouldn't end up changing anything for competitive play.

The Balancing of Marth, and Probably all the other New Characters Aswell
And Possibly Geno Voices, and Chozo Ruins.

Marth is already balanced. He'll be getting some changes, but it's not major. In general you can consider the patch balancing to be a tweak, no characters are getting anything significant because the characters are currently balanced as is.

Voice clips and a clear banned stage don't affect competitive play

Toaster do you plan on updating the stages?
