Steam Selling Non-Game Software

This sounds awesome, I love the idea that we may see Photoshop and 3DSMax in a Steam sale. *Starts drooling*

So it's an app store nao.
Seems interesting.

At least I can put my Steam funds to a use then. But, what's gonna bother people is these things are available. For example, Angry Birds is already at several places, and most people would already have it, so Steam or the developers aren't going to get a high profit off of Steam selling it. Yes, there are 4 million people on Steam, probably even more, but I'm willing to bet at least 75% have a game as popular as Angry Birds.

Apparently, they also were selling copies of Indie Game: The Movie. Interesting to see how Valve is expanding its market.

This could be quite interesting, steam already has a flipping enormous library as it is, adding apps and programs on there will only increase it's popularity, plus waiting until the sales could mean big bargains. :DD
