New rule regarding DLC!

It has come to my attention that people's viewpoints on who should be allowed for DLC have changed, so here is a new rule.

You can try to rally support for a character to be on the DLC poll like AEM has done with Non-Specific Action Figure and Chaotic Chao for Arle Nadja.

If they get enough support, they will be added to the DLC poll to be given a chance at DLC.

However, there are two limits:
1. The character cannot be from an already DLC repped series. So no Pokemon, Zelda, Kirby, Metroid (Anthony), Digimon, etc. Firebrand is excluded from this, as he represents the Gargoyle's Quest series rather than Ghosts n' Goblins like Sir Arthur.
2. The character must not be 4th Party. They can be non-Nintendo, since we have the likes of Master Chief and The Heavy, but Popeye is to remain the only 4th Party on the poll. HOWEVER, there is going to be a 4th Party poll that can potentially REPLACE Popeye with another character.

imo this should only be used to make exceptions for characters who become/became prominent after the dlc polls were taking suggestions

Just gonna remind people that there are 5 new candidates on the DLC poll, and in order to actually support any of them you have to re-vote

Um wouldn't this throw Paulitana, and Medusa(One of which should be on the main roster) out the window right? Btw Medusa Should probbably be thrown out of the Roster and be replaced by Hades, and Magnus or Dark Pit Should probbably be added. (Kid Icuras needs more than one Rep on the Roster) Dark Pit could be an Alt for Pit though, they are different enough to be seprate characters, Dark Pit is more Badass. Way more Badass

No, because they're already on the poll.

Also, Kid Icarus is not a series with DLC already, as neither Palutena nor Medusa are confirmed DLC yet. Which means, yes, other Kid Icarus characters can be added to the DLC poll if the community is in favor.

And why would you replace the 2nd most prominent character in the series (Palutena) with a minor one (Magnus)?

I think Medusa should be removed/replaced from the poll given her unimportance to the game/series. Replaced by a more important character (IE Hades, Dark Pit) Palutena shoud obviously stay though.

How about this.

SUGGEST new characters and vote for them to get in DLC poll, and then vote for them to be DLC.

No replacements. Popeye was the sole exception since he was a 4th Party, and those are limited.

So Hades controlled Medusa in 1 game. Mario was controlling Yoshi in 1 game also if not more games, so I assume he is not important either.
