Okay, so when playing Megaman in the previous version, his up-throw would consist of him kicking a Mega Ball at his opponents for great knockback. This new version comes along, and the Mega Ball just does not seem to work as intended. It just doesn't do anything but sit there as Megaman's kick for some odd reason failed to register with it.
Is this a bug with Megaman that needs to be fixed, or was this an intended nerf? I'd really appreciate if he didn't have such a completely useless option O_O.
