Turbo Mode and Stamina Removed

I noticed that turbo mode and stamina have both been removed from multiplayer. Just wondering if this is a permanent removal or if it will be coming back in future updates?

Stamina is currently in the game, however you must enable it in the individual settings for a character. Once you set it, there should be an option to set it for every other character in the match, or just have stamina on for only a single character whilst the other characters have percent. Just another option to customize matches the way you want.

Not sure about turbo mode, however.
