Your animations are very smooth. Needs a little work on the proportions and whatnot, but they're good. You should consider joining the spriting team.
I tried, they didnt accept me. So I just posted the sprites here in case anyone was looking for sprites for any reason

They don't accept you when you make good sprites with actual finished workings and animation But they hire me on the spot for posting an unfinished sprite Bandana Dee's head and a small, chocolate-chip cookie (They have since fired me, because I didn't really do much aside from 3 things, but that's their fault for hiring me so suddenly and expecting me to work on stuff I tried telling them I wasn't good at--I am only good at the small, Kirby-proportioned borbs, but still)
Devs what are you doing

LMAO I was surprised. They took 3 months to get back to me. I had to message them a bunch of times and then they finally responded saying that they didnt accept me. I even submitted a video of an actual transforming pokemon stadium and a fully finished Fountain Of Dreams
I thought for sure I would be accept LMAO!

Yeah it was a big mistake

Other guy your animations are fluid but your actual sprites aren't what we're looking for but thank you for your interest

Everything in that video was made in a span of 3 weeks. As far as it looking like a cute pocket smash. I can honestly say that everything in that video had better quality than almost everything in smash crusade v.9.0 lol and it was made in only 3 weeks by me, scripting, coding, and sprite work. I literally only stopped working on the project because my laptops power supply died and needed to be replaced. I wasnt able to get the Data off of the drive until late last year. Most of the scripting looked foreign to me because my structure had changed drastically over the span of almost 3 years so I decided to leave it as an archived project.
I started working on a smash game last month.
But I put that on hold due to me beginning work on a project for steam that will have an alpha available soon.

I don't think you got it.
Your art style doesn't fit the game's, and you're a bit overconfident about your quality.

You got accepted to spriting entry not sprites. Part of you acceptance consideration was your involvement in the community; there's a certain level of trust required in the absence of extreme skill shown in an application. And you would still be there had you worked with us seriously on getting our quality of output up.

Keep doing what your doing, I'm definitely seeing improvements in you. I do keep tabs on some of the previous applicants. The Falco animations are a step above what you've previously done.
If you are actually make a Steam game, it seems your moving on to bigger and better things, so goon on you.

Your attitude probably had something to do with your denial LMAO ! Like I said the fluidity of your animations is good but your actual spritework needs work and the two go hand-in-hand which is why you were denied.

I actually dont think my sprites are all that good, especially when compared to something like SSF2 or any professional work. However, saying that my game looked like a Cute Pocket Smash was kind of offensive seeing how I firmly believe that it looks better than the current crusade version, not their version in the works, the public version available. If a dev of crusade is going to say my game is cute little pocket smash, then what does that say about the currently available crusade version. That was pretty insulting.

Poor choice of words. Athorment meant that it had potential, merit and charm in its own way, even if it didn't fit some specific standards.

Get over yourself.
Get over myself??? I am over myself, I even said that I dont even consider my sprites as all that good or professional. I thought Athorment was was talking down about my project which I happen to be very passionate about. No need to be insulting buddy.

Good luck with your project
Attitude, i never had any sort of attitude to the team lmao. And that picture lol, that was joke. Still funny!
Thanks for the good luck wish Same to you and the team. The game is looking sick

I am not good at the humans or the monkeys or the anythings, I suck at anatomy and perspective. It ain't what I do, it ain't what I wanna do Plus the whole synergy with the Devs was terrible to begin with because a lot of you were bullies and I don't exactly want to work in that enviroment (And by "a lot of you" I mean "the ones who were actually online because it was a ghosttown there") so there's that too

It sure was But luckily before you fired me I swindled Dr. Mario, Luigi and as much as I could of Shantae's sprites from ye olde Dev Section Don't worry, I'm not gonna distribute 'em. That's a promise. I'll just be using 'em for Personal Purposes

My thing is stealing I stole stuff from SSF2, told the devs and they're 100% fine with it because I ain't giving it out I'm just using it for animations and sometimes memes
And you would still be there had you worked with us seriously on getting our quality of output up.

You could just leave the community and all these "bullies" if you'd like.
Besides, I don't remember anybody being a "bully" to you, particularly in the one (1) small development section you were involved in. Criticism maybe, but we are generally supportive of struggling newcomers who want to help. Even the harsher on the team are generally lighter on people still just warming up to spriting.
Plus the whole synergy with the Devs was terrible to begin with because I'm a sensitive crybaby who was and still is acting like a spoiled, petulant, and victimized brat with a persecution complex even though I was let onto the team with an incomplete application in an act of good will and am going to act like I was kicked around
Fixed that for you
A big reason we try not to let literal children onto the team is because it has become more and more apparent that they cannot handle any minor semblance of criticism- or I guess in your case asked to do some work in general. Nobody is falling for your 'they literally held me against my will and forced me to do stuff I can't!' shtick. I'm easily the most abrasive person on the team and not only was I responsible for your acceptance but had multiple 1-on-1 help sessions with you.
