I don't have to explain to you what TF2 is, I trust that you're not an idiot.

Jeremy, or as he's better known, Scout is one of the 9 playable classes in the massively successful Free-to-Play shooter Team Fortress 2. His playstyle could be described as Scrappy, meaning he gets up close and personal for his attacks, and his playstyle in crusade (if he were a character) should reflect that.
He's also from Boston, that's just vocal information.

(Thats the custom CSP I made for him)

Character Attributes:
Speed: >Fox <Sonic
Jumps: 3 (Take 10% damage on third jump)
Jump Height: Default
Weight: =Sonic

Moveset:
Standard Attacks:
Jab: Punches
Dash Attack: Swipe with his bat
FTilt: Swing of his bat
DTilt: Leg Sweep
UTilt: Fires his Scattergun upwards
FSmash: Hard Bat swing
DSmash: Boston Breakdance (He uses his elbow for leverage and spin kicks around him)
USmash: Uppercut
Aerials:
Nair: Spins with his bat
Dair: Falling Kick
Uair: Links Uair but with a bat
Bair: Back Kick
Specials:
NSpecial: Sandman Ball (Hits a baseball at his opponents to stun them)
SSpecial: Flying Guillotine (Throws the meat cleaver of the same name at his opponents, once it hits they take 5% damage for 3 seconds)
DSpecial: Crit-a-cola (He drinks said soda to get a 10% damage boost for 5 seconds, afterwards he takes more knockback for 3 seconds)
USpecial: Force-a-Nature (On the ground: Fires a high knockback shot from the scattergun Air: Shoots downwards to propel himself upwards. Can act as a meteor)

Taunt: Battin a thousand (I can't explain this one too well, just click this link: https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Battin%27_a_Thousand)


Victory Animation: Scout does his default melee taunt (look it up) and says "Is anybody even payin' attention to me?"

I am currently working on adding him to the game via modding as I feel this is a character that could work really well in Crusade.

I wouldn't be opposed to Scout, but I think Heavy should be the first TF2 rep. Moveset and presentation needs work.

I agree with Keyblade, I would prefer Heavy or Solider over Scout

The above statements are true.

Your moves, especially your aerials, are kinda stale. You also don't go into much detail.

I think up-tilt and up-smash need to be changed. It feels odd to have a punch be stronger than a shotgun, especially when its from the Scout. Also, wheres the Scout's pistol. Your also missing a final smash, maybe Bonk! Atomic Punch could be it. And there's little representation of the Scout's main weapon, the dang shotgun. This is a poor representation of the Scout and needs a rework

tf2 feels too random, even for crusade which has a fairly oddball roster
