Poker Night at the Inventory 2

Looks like the sequel may literally be around the corner.

We've known about it for a while, but the characters and release date have been a mystery, now at least we have a good idea of the characters. Yesterday, TF2 updated, and added several new supposedly unrelated Promo items. It was discovered in the files of the game that they all have the unique prefix of "pn2_" which must be Poker Night 2. Assuming it is, there are the Promos that were released.

The Bloodhound
The Dapper Disguise
The Necronomicrown
The Long Fall Loafers
The Samson Skewer

So, judging from these promos, I think we can lock in Sam (Sam and Max), Handsome Jack (Borderlands) and Brock Samson (Venture Bros.). The other two are somewhat debatable, the Long Fall Loafers is clearly a Portal character, but it could easily be either Chell, Glados or Wheatley. The Necronomicrown is a bit easier to figure out, it's clearly Ash Williams, however it's debatable if it's Ash or Evil Ash.

I sold my Portal Box, so I'm showing some major regret about that.

This may sound scary, but here in the UK there is no such thing as Adult Swim, they just don't come over here. So, I had no idea who the hell Brock Samson was, I searched him on Youtube and I thnk he'll be great in this.


I love the original Poker Night, I actually have all the trophies for it.

If the price is right I may pick this up, I enjoy a good game of poker every now and then.
