I'm running into an issue wherein the game runs perfectly smooth and fine up until the 3-2-1 countdown for the game to begin, at which point everything slows down to a crawl and becomes like playing the game in slow motion. It still runs smoothly, and is fine as soon as the match ends and it's back to the scoreboard. Normally I'd attribute this to just having an underwhelming computer, but I've read people are running this with far lower specs. Any idea what would be causing this? The same happened with the older 8.6.4 version as well.
Specs are:
Win 7 64bit Pro
Intel i5 3570k (3.4ghz)
16gb RAM
Geforce GTX 660ti
