"It's time to face my magic!"

Kamek is the primary villain in Yoshi's Island and a recurring character within the Mario universe. He appears many times throughout the games, at the end of each castle. For purposes of Smash Bros, he will count as a Yoshi series character. In all of Smash Bros, Yoshi has never had a second character - so why not include the villain? He's also another mage, something else Crusade could use more of.
Kamek's playstyle is a mixture of stage control and powerful mid-range. His specials are amazing at controlling where the battle will take place. His normals are more powerful than most characters - maybe not heavy level, but along the likes of Robin's Levin Sword. They aren't the fastest, though he can perform some neat combos without getting close. However, this leaves him very vulnerable at close range, having to rely on his quick teleport to get out of danger.
Float: Kamek can float ala Peach by using his broomstick.
Jab: Kamek jabs his wand forward, and lets loose magical energy through it as long as the button is held down. Functionally the same as Palutena's.
Forward Tilt: Ice Crystal
Kamek waves his wand, and an ice crystal appears a set distance away, crashing to the ground. Has a small chance of freezing opponents.
Up Tilt: Flaming Burst
Kamek waves his wand above him, and a burst of flame appears a set distance above his head.
Down Tilt: Water Blast
Kamek waves his wand low to the ground, and a spout of steam appears a set distance away, erupting from the ground. Shortly after, there is an explosion of water, knocking enemies away.
Dash Attack: Flaming Charge
Kamek cloaks himself in fire and charges forward, damaging and knocking away anyone in the way.
Forward Smash: Magical Lightning
Kamek waves his wand in front of him, and after charging, a lightning bolt strikes a set distance away. It won't hit if the opponent is right next to him, but has tremendous damage and knockback. At full charge, it will break a shield.
Up Smash: Flame Wall
Kamek waves his wand slightly higher than in the forward smash. After charging, a wave of fire is created in an arc a set distance above his head.
Down Smash: Blizzard
Kamek waves his wand slightly lower than in the forward smash. After charging, a cold wind wraps around Kamek, dealing rapid hits before ejecting at the end. There is a safe spot close to where Kamek is.
Neutral Aerial: Firebar
Kamek summons a firebar and holds it, as it makes a single rotation around him before he makes it dissapear.
Forward Aerial: Giant Hammer
Kamek takes out a giant, magical hammer, raises it above his head, and slams it forward. It has a huge range and is a powerful meteor smash, but takes a while to actually come out and won't connect if the opponent is too close.
Up Aerial: Amp
Kamek summons an amp that does a half circle orbit above him before dissapearing. This orbit is a set distance away from him, so it won't hit enemies that are too close. It has minimal knockback but a large amount of hitstun, potenially allowing a followup if it hits.
Back Aerial: Sweeping
Kamek takes out his broom and brushes it a bit behind him. It does more damage and knockback if it hits at the end rather than the handle.
Down Aerial: Spike Ball
Kamek drops a spike ball below him. This attack actually knocks opponents in a horizontal-ish direction even though it's being dropped straight down.
Grab: Dimension D
Kamek waves his wand, and a green box appears in front of Kamek, trapping anyone there inside.
Pummel: Show Stopper
Kamek flicks his wand, and an explosion happens within the box.
Forward Throw: Fireball
Kamek shoots a fireball out of his wand, which hits the enclosed enemy, exploding and launching the helpless opponent out.
Up Throw: Carry
Kamek wraps up the opponent in a cloth sack, and starts to fly upward on his broom. This is a cargo carry ala DK, in which Kamek can fly for a short time. Kamek can hold the control stick in a direction and press attack to toss out the opponent in the chosen direction.
Back Throw: Spear Guy
Kamek summons a Shy Guy on the other side of his opponent, who thrusts with his spear to knock the helpless opponent behind him.
Down Throw: URGH!
Kamek summons a Thwomp above the box, slamming down, crushing the helpless opponent in it. Leaves the opponent flattened and prone on the ground after.
Neutral Special: Magic Bolt
The basic triangle/circle/square magic spell, Kamek can aim it during the charge up time. The spell itself travels slowly and is moderately powerful. If the special button is held down while charging, it will instead be a homing shot, similar to Samus' missiles. If it hits another projectile or stage hazard (even a Toady), it turns into a goomba, koopa, or spiny.
Side Special: Field Alteration
Kamek charges up, which causes a rainbow-colored glow to appear on the ground and move forward. Upon release, an effect occurs where the glow stopped. This effect varies depending on the terrain it is used on. For example, on normal ground, a pillar erupts from the ground. On a bridge, a geyser of water spouts up.
Up Special: Warp
A relatively quick teleport. Kamek isn't helpless after teleporting, allowing him to follow up with another attack.
Down Special: Toady Growth
Kamek summons a Toady in front of him, who will fly in place. Toady will deal moderate damage and knockback to any opponent who bumps into it. It can be killed fairly easily with an attack, however.
If Kamek already has a Toady out, pressing down special will instead make Kamek wave his wand, causing a rainbow-colored magic mist in front of him. If this mist hits a Toady or minion created by the Magic Bolt, it will cause it to grow to a huge size, increasing all of its attributes and making it much more difficult to kill. This mist can also hit an opponent, causing a Super Mushroom-like effect temporarily. Try it on a partner in doubles!
Final Smash: Copy Barrage
Kamek creates 4 clones of himself, who fly up on their broomsticks, lobbing many Magic Bolts at the field. Lasts a set amount of time before all of the copies dissapear.
Taunt 1: Kamek puts on Peach's dress, shakes his head, then takes it off. Occasionally instead he'll take out some Glitzville merchanidise instead.
Taunt 2: Kamek takes out a lamp, rubs it, causing a dark swirl to appear around him before he puts it away.
Taunt 3: Kamek does his signature laugh.
