It was a show that aired on FOX Kids in 1997. The story was that five aliens, including the intelligent Etno, the always-hungry Gorgious, the dimwitted Bud, the ambigulously gay Candy, and the bookworm Stereo (not shown in the picture above. More on that later...) drive their spaceship into an asteroid field and as a result--you guessed it--crashlanded on Planet Earth. There, they take shelter in an abandoned home in the attic. Little do they know that various tenants, ranging from Fairy Tale Creatures, Crash-Test Dummies, Bollywood Princesses, and Disgruntled Tarot Readers--to name a few--check in to the exact same house.
The show aired from 1997 to 2000 in America...BUT, a second season aired in certain parts of the world (though not America, oddly enough) from 2004 to 2007. However, the character Stereo was written out since the creators found him too weak of a character to keep around. Needless to say, he DOES appear in two episodes as a guest...
A video game was even made for the series for the SEGA Dreamcast, entitled "Stupid Invaders".
Needless to say, it wasn't very good. However, a movie with the same title was rumored to be made, but never got past a trailer...
Reguardless, the show itself is a great obscure gem. Episodes of the show's Second Season (which are far superior from its first, if you ask me) have surfaced on a website called Toons.tv, and can be seen here:

The series even sports itself an all-star cast, featuring the voice talents of Maurice LaMarche (Pinky and The Brain, Futurama) as Etno, Charlie Adler (Tiny Toon Adventures, Aaahh!!! Real Monsters) as Candy, and Danny Mann (The Ren and Stimpy Show) as Gorgious.
Also, it had an AWESOME theme song, thanks to artist Iggy Pop:
