I...I cant exactly tell whats leg and whats body with this sprite..it all feels so poorly thrown together as one non-specific entity who's textures can barely be made out..
any hope of a revamp x____X? krystal, sanic and lucario is the trio i rock with but krystal just doesnt seem nearly up to par graphics wise....i mean dont get me wrong im not asking for Waifu McFurrydream but..just something where I can tell her body color apart from her clothes.
Er..oh! How rude of me, uh. my names brandon and I play melee, project M,ssf2 and currently adding ssbc after being pushed away years ago by odd vertical vs horizontal directional-priority and lengthy jumpsquats impeding up airs such that they become up tilts...yeesh.
saw the trailer for 9.1 and it looks fantastic. so i came back and saw there was online. and at that point the whole squads been enjoying your fantastic game so keep up the good work, and thanks. but...yes
am I alone here on krystals graphics? or am i missing a particular design choice that was made?

Reminiscent of the typical spacies down b, we can have a Barrier (starfox assault, she respawns with 2 instead of 1 like everyone else, though her stats were pretty bad. gameplay focused on good use of barriers..)
and..the barrier would..insteadof damaging, would have a windbox on activation and block projectiles in exchange for shortening the barriers duration, much like in starfox assault. Additionally, the barrier isn't held but it's activated meaning after activation krystal is free to do as she likes afterwards.
The barrier also would have it'sown timer regardless of being attacked or not.
As for physical attacks, we could have them ignore the barrier or break the barrier instantly..
and then maybe give her current down b to her neutral B? maybe even speed it up a little to be reminiscent of the old neutral b?
hows all that sound?
