On the subject on changes to Weegee, I was already thinking of a better Final Smash for him. In his character thread, I said that "I can't really think of a Shoop Da Whoop-based Final Smash that's not too similar to the Zero Lazer."
I have found a better idea.
Just in case your computer isn't in good shape:
In "Lazer Collection 5" Doctor Octogonapus used a giant robot, as seen here at 2:28:
I suggest that when Weegee uses his FS, the giant robot appears in the background (Alternatively, if the robot is too much of a hassle to work with, Doctor Octogonapus just flies to the top middle of the stage). When it has fully risen, the hatch opens up to reveal Octogonapus. The doctor then fires five Shoops in random directions, usually near fighters. The first four shoops hit fighters similarly to Goku's pre-0.9.1 Kameha, but a bit stronger. The fifth and last one has a bigger delay, but is larger, longer, and generally more powerful than the others, hitting similarly to the Daybreak's laser in SSB4. After this, the robot descends. During the duration of the FS, Weegee is frozen in place where he activated the Final Smash.
On a more on-topic note, I have two ideas for a Weegee-specific victory theme:
Link The Faces of Evil: Victory Jingle (probably could be trimmed)

I agree that Weegee needs his own theme. If he is going to be presented as a meme representation, then why not go all the way with it? I know nothing of Weegee or his references, so I have no suggestions on what song to give him. The ball is in your court devs.

Alright, so in order for Crusade to use this theme, they will need permission from the composer/remixer for use. When I was on the development team, I use to have to gain permission to directly from the sources in order for us to fairly use and credit the composers for their materials. People from Audio have to be equally respected for their work similar to how Crusade today respects the original makers of the old sprites.
