Amazon (Pro Wrestling)

Why should Amazon be put in Super Smash Bros. Crusade? I will show you why. After Brawl, Saki and Little Mac (both characters in Crusade) had resurgences. Saki's game was put on the Wii Shop Channel and got a sequel (both I would highly recommend) and Little Mac had more training in Captain Rainbow, had a Wii revival (Wiivival?), and was put in Smash 4. Pro Wrestling was a really cool game and should be revived too. Plus, we don't have that many new villains (Ridley and Petey Piranha) and Amazon would fit perfectly.

So who is Amazon? He was in the NES game Pro Wrestling but then never seen again after that (minus Abobo's Big Adventure) and was the heel (villain) if there was one. He bit and bladed (made people bleed) for special moves. He looks like a human sea monster (I'd show you, but I'd have to start over for the 2nd time).

So what would his moveset be? I have it drawn up:
Amazon walks down a ramp to the platform to enter.
For attacks, he'd punch and kick (riveting stuff I know)
Tilt attacks would involve him swinging sledgehammers (side tilt), barbed wire baseball bats (down tilt), and crowbars (up tilt).
Smash attacks: Spin Kick for side smash, chair guillotine (takes your head and bashes the jaw against the top of the chair vertically) for up smash, and ground pound for down smash.
Uses a clothesline for running attack. Flings a cameraman around for aerial attacks. Uses a roar for taunts as well as some flexing and struts.

B: Piranha Bite (Bites on your head)
Side B: Outlaw Choke (scratches your face and makes you bleed)
Up B: Diving Splash (dives off the turnbuckle onto you)
Down B: Piledriver (drives you into the ground head first)
Final Smash: Amazon Special (uses tongue to spiral the opponents around).

celebrates victory by taking the cameraman and throwing him into the background as the Pro Wrestling theme plays.

So that is who Amazon is and how (and why) he should be in Crusade.

Could we get a reference on what he looks like?
Because really this character looks quite bland, and just seems way too obscure compared to the other NES characters like Takamaru

I wish I could, but I can't send any for 6 days because I'm a new member. He sort of looks like a human sea monster. To be more descriptive: he has green skin, pink eyes, a mouth with pink lips and goo inside the mouth, pink fins where his ears should be, pink claws on green hands (on green arms), he's muscular, and wears pink tights and boots.

You're reasoning makes no sense.
Why Pro Wrestling? It could be neat? I don't even know what it is. If we pick an obscure Nintendo fighting game, why not just keep Little Mac and call it good?
Also there are so many more villains that are actually known by Nintendo fans: Captain Syrup, King K. Rool, Black Shadow, among others.
Also Porky is a villain too, so we have at least 3 new villains.

If we want to include all villains, the ones that come to mind as of right now are Bowzer, Wario*, Waluigi*, Petey, Ridley, Porky, Ganondorf, Meta Knight*, and Shadow* (* denotes characters that are more "anti-hero" rather than "villain"), bringing the number to 9 (5 w/o anti-heros). This isn't including fan favorites (Captain Syrup, King K. Rool, Black Shadow, Wolf, Eggman/Robotnik, Metal Sonic... and that's just a few)

Lets not mention that the NES/Pre-NES era is pretty well represented with Ice Climbers, R.O.B., DHD (Wii U Duck Hunt alt plz?), Mach Rider, and Mr G&W. If we were to get another, it probably wouldn't be a "Generic Wrestler." No support

As for the moveset, you could provide some more detail as to "what" the attack does. For example, how good is Diving Splash as a recovery move, or how much range does the forward tilt have. While you can hate a moveset and still want the character suggested, a creative and/or descriptive moveset can attract some people who could have initially said "no" to the character because of how "bland" he/she/it seemed at first

Ok, sorry. Just an idea. I understand your reasoning amd see why he wouldn't make it. Just to make it clearer, the sledgehammer would have the most range, then the baseball bat, then the crowbar. The Diving Splash could be about as long a jump as Saki's since he's a lot like Little Mac as he would be a grounded fighter. (also, thanks to Nix for the photos). I'd say that King K. Rool and Samurai Goroh should be in before Amazon though. I just thought this would be a cool idea, but I'd completely understand if he never made it and Pro Wrestling faded away into obscurity more than it has.
