| I was playing this version of Super Smash Bros. Crusade while I am recording it. Then, all of a sudden, my computer goes to the blue screen of death. What am I suppose to do now? |

| Jesus that's bad. Crusade doesn't ever tamper with the registry or any system functions, though, so it's not something to do with the game.
What happened just before the blue screen? Were there any flashes or messages, or was it sudden? |

| Ok, well, was your computer suspiciously slow or acting up before this happened? Did you have any anti-virus warnings? And what is the state of your computer now? |

- Re-install all non-microsoft drivers.
- Uninstall completely any program which may have been uninstalled partly. For example, in my case it was McAfee which was causing BSOD months ago.
- Go to cmd.exe and use the chkdsk command.
- You may also want to use "sfc/scannow".
- Run an antivirus scan.
Good luck. |

| Something to note, although it may not be your problem, sometimes MotionInJoy Bluescreens me when I'm using my Dualshock 3. I think it has something to do with my specific controller's driver though. If you're using that setup though, keep that in mind. |

| Okay. First, I have all of my drivers up-to-date. Second, I used the chkdsk command. Third, I used "sfc/scannow". Fourth, I did an antivirus scan. Fifth, I played the game again with the recorder. Sixth, my computer got crashed again because of probably the game's high CPU usage. Should I switch my monitor to High Color (16-bit) or do something else (keep it at True Color (32-bit))? |

| Make sure you upgrade your OS, don't miss a patch, they fixed all those strange BSOD for Win7 a long time ago. |

| Did I forget to mention that I played the game using a laptop instead of a computer? |

I think this isn't a problem on its own. What kind of graphics adapter are you using? A dedicated card or integrated? It would be nice to get your full specs. |

| Hm, still don't know the graphics card.
Honestly I can't understand why SSBC would BSOD since it's not really touching anything native. If it's only happened while recording, I would suggest trying to see whether it's just the recording software (which likely IS doing something low-level) or whether it's just SSBC (without the recording). If it's an interaction between those two it will be tough diagnose. |
