Music Frequency

In Brawl, Remember the Sound Test that gave you a choice to decide the frequency of songs that play? I think Crusade should do something similar. I have several songs in the stages, and I'd like to decide on what song I'd like to listen to. It could be like Brawl with a frequency screen. Or, Maybe during the loading screen, you could pan through the songs with left and right. Should this be a decision?

Final Fantasy's fighting game had a cool load screen feature, it showed a lot of information about the match through the load screen interface, including what song would play on that level, and you could cycle the song choice, including any song from other maps. The game wouldn't start until you confirmed ready. Could be an interesting option.

Not necessarily, all it means is that out of the songs already in the stage the player can now choose manually instead of always being random. If anything that's more work for the coders.

But then we would likely need more than one official song per stage, so yes that's a ton of new work for Affilion.

I suppose that's true, I forgot that people can't add their own music into the game anymore. Or can they? I'm not sure anymore.

Well what we could do that would make this option make sense without needing the user to have added their own music is let them scroll through music of other stages to play over the actual stage they chose. Maybe some kind of interface where left/right picks stage and underneath that are the songs the stage has, and up/down scrolls through those choices.

I like that Idea. It makes a ton of sense. Sonic & Sega all stars racing did this, And I think Sonic Generations did something similar.
