Thank goodness Rest has more cool down. In 0.8.4, it was almost downright unpunishable if it landed a hit on the opponent.

I think that's done to make the final smash effective... Which they did succeed in Smash 3DS, but still.

Also, Jiggs doesn't get quite as big in this game as she does in console, IIRC.

I propose changing its neutral special with Disarming Voice to represent the Fairy type

Or how about giving Jigglypuff the ability to activate Disarming Voice from Sing mid-use by pressing special again, or possibly have Disarming Voice as it's Smash U-Spec (Like Samus' Super Missiles)? They're similar aesthetically and the former would provide great use of its U-Spec as a trapping attack, giving Jiggs a bit more versatility out of the move. N-Spec shouldn't be replaced; it's too useful to be removed, but I do agree that the Fairy type should be better represented, hence my above suggestion.

Up Special could be changed into a chargeable move that at full charge releases Disarming Voice but still has Sing at no charge and mid charge. Jigglypuff's Side Special could also have a Samus missile ability that when activated changes to Wake Up slap to give Jiggs another option when it lands Sing

Jigglypuff's Final Smash could be changed to Twinkle Tackle to represent Z-Moves, as well as Jigglypuff's new type.

Jigglypuff is definitely is in need of sprite help, her animations, idles, and attacks are abit weird, and she really needs a touch up on her face, she just doesn't look right.

she had some small sprite work done to, Fair, Nair and Uair in 9.2 iirc. mainly to help extend the range of those attacks visually
