| Well I'm bumping the topic because I think we should get some ideas rolling to make somethings confirmed. First we need to decide which series is going to be represented. I think only the starters' series should be the ones that are represented similar to how melee was. It's less work to do and we can spend more time making the other adventure stages unique. Anyone agree? |

| I think it should be the starter series with a couple of extra series getting represented. I was thinking maybe Sonic and Metal Gear. |

| I thought about just starter stages, with some secret stages from other "unlockable" series. Said stages could have unique ways to access them, and after clearing those stages, we could actually unlock something from that franchise.
Example: Let's say the stage 1 is from the Mario Series. If its alternate path isn't found, the player goes to stage 2, still with Mario theme or from another franchise. To open the alternate stage 2, the player has to find a key and take it to a keyhole hidden somewhere in the level, as in Super Mario World.
By doing this, the player can enter in a stage from the Sonic series (yes, a different franchise), and by clearing it the player will be able to unlock something from Sonic series, like Knuckles or Tails as characters, Ice Cap Zone as a stage, etc. Or even an extra Mario stage, where the player will unlock something from Mario series by clearing it.
Alternate paths add some replay value in Adventure Mode, as it makes impossible to see 100% from it in just one run. Since probably more than 1 character will be unlocked with Adventure Mode... |

You do notice we accually have EVERYONE unlocked right, (we'll probabably we define unlockables later though) |

You do notice we accually have EVERYONE unlocked right, (we'll probabably we define unlockables later though) Yeti not everyone will be unlocked in the full game... which is why I said what I said... btw maybe you should go into detail about the stages, what style, and maybe make a layout rather than saying we'll copy and paste stage designs from previous games... |
