I just downloaded 0.9 and when i try to change the rules the final smash option stays grayed out and I can't seem to turn it on. Does the 0.9 test really not have final smash available yet or is this a bug?

Final Smashes are not implemented into the v0.9 Test. They will be added in the full version. Sorry about that.
