Until then, here is an Unfinished Moveset for 9-Volt.

B - Shell Kick: Kicks a Koopa Shell from Super Mario Bros., rare chance of a Red Shell.
Side B - Barrel Roll: Rolls a Barrel from Donkey Kong, can't use again until it dissapears.
Up B - Retro Jump Punch: Jump Punches into a brick, rare chance of punching a ? Block, it deals more damage.
Down B - Wild Gun Man: Pulls out a Zapper and waits to be hit to shoot, a counter attack like peach and marth.
FS - Sherriff: 9-Volt holds guns like from Sherrff and can shoot in any direction, last for a while.

As much as this applies to 9 Volt being a gamer, the move set is really generic and has no real veriety. Nothing stands out.
