Today, one of the pioneers of gaming passed away from complications of pneumonia.

He was responsible for turning Nintendo from a card-playing franchise to the largest video game empire that it is today. Making him the individual who populized home consoles. He is also the one who taught Miyamoto everything he knows in the industry as well as Iwata. Until his death, he was the largest stockholder of Nintendo. He helped launched all the Nintendo consoles, excluding Wii & Wii U. Also responsible for bringing video game consoles to a global audience.

Thank you Hiroshi for bringing us your creativity that helped build out childhood. May you rest in peace Sad
