The amazing thought into making Mario Kart title names!

SUPER MARIO KART
MARIO KART 64
MARIO KART SUPER CIRCUT
MARIO KART DOUBLE DASH
MARIO KART DS
MARIO KART WII
MARIO KART 7

and just recently released
MARIO KART 8

Great originality, EH?
No but seriously, Mario Kart 8 is the worse name ever. I'm fine with 7, because it seems like the all time lucky number, and it fits a lot better then MARIO KART 8. There isn't much of a difference still but honestly, the names are really unoriginal. I'd be much more happy with Mario Kart U. But damn that game looks SEXY! I hate the name, but as they say, never judge a book by its cover, or I guess in this case name. The game looks AMAZING, I like the new anti-gravity also. So anyone else planning to get this?

Its all about the graphic man, the 8 looks all contorted to reflect the 0-gravity racing. I think it's clever.

Also I want that game so bad.

If they didn't secure the rights for the song, the need to remove the City Escape track right now.

Am I the only one who actually thought Mario Kart 8 looks cool?

Don't get me wrong guys, I love the look of the game, god it looks soooo great! But I just can't get over the name of it! :p
