So I found this riddle, pretty simple yet for some reason most people I show it to get it horribly wrong. I want to see if you guys can get it. Here it is:
A sandwich costs $1 + half its original price. What is the cost of the sandwich?
Here's the answer, post your honest attempt first before looking.
- Spoiler:
The first statement is the answer. The question simply asked what the cost of the sandwich is, not what the original cost is. There's no math involved, the answer is simply "$1 + half the original cost".
