Banjo-Kazooie DLC rep?

Mumbo Jumbo is a secondary character from the Banjo- series, and he should be DLC in Crusade. This lovable, iconic shaman was featured in every Banjo-Kazooie game and has played a sub-major role in each one. The series itself was exclusive to Nintendo in the years 1998 to 2003, showing that the character was relevant to the Smash Bros series. He would be a viable character because in the second game, Banjo-Tooie, he was a playable character where most of his notable abilities were revealed. While many of his spells shown in the series were involved with shapeshifting Banjo, he can prove viable.

What sets Mumbo apart from other characters is that, he is a spellcaster with a magic stick that shocks the bejoobles out of enemies. He could be a character who plays the range game, meanwhile having a form of attack that stuns enemies when they get close, allowing him to continue the keep away strategy. Although in Banjo-Kazooie most of his spells were to assist rather than promote offense, things like Power (Lightning Bolt) and Sunlight (Concentrated Sun Rays) could possibly be incorporated into the game as offensive tactics that are canon. When people get close, his standing B could be a move with the staff that shocks them into a very short stun state (Like really short = .323 seconds) allowing either a follow-up from Mumbo or a teammate, a grab or time to run away. To keep him balanced however, his melee game will do minimal damage and the staff should have slow start-up time. These are just a few ideas for how the character could work in this game.

Personally, Mumbo Jumbo was my favorite from the Banjo-Kazooie series and I preferred playing as him rather than the main character(s). If he was featured for DLC it would give another major series (Used to be a major series at least) rep and would make me love this game's roster even more.

I read the rules like 10 times when I was tired and I thought it said include "Yes", "No" and "None". My apologies.

None options are for polls with multiple candidates. A simple Yes or No will do for single candidate polls.

Removed "none" vote since its just a single candidate.

I don't mind Mumbo Jumbo, but I would personally prefer Gruntilda since she was the main antagonist while Mumbo was just a supporting character. He would be my 3rd choice while Grunty would be my 2nd.

Agreed. IF there is to be another BK character, Gruntilda is the best option.

I would like to add Grunty, but that is only if the person who made this poll approves. This poll is just specifically for the suggestion of Mumbo Jumbo.

I meant to say that gruntilda is detested by many, although i'm not entirely sure if she is as I've read that but don't have any accurate sources

so if she's hated then no one would want to play as her and henceforth there would be no point in spriting her.

I personally thought she would be a character that would take up space, I don't really know anybody who would want to play as her.

I am open to having her on the poll, though I don't know if maybe Klungo or L.O.G. should be on there as well.

Didn't Crusade have Duck Hunt Dog and Tingle, two characters that are known for being hated.

Feel free to add Klungo &/or L.O.G., but I highly doubt anyone is gonna want any of those 2 if you ask me, thus making those 2 as suggestions pointless.

How does Grunty have 10 votes already and none has only one? It says my vote was submitted already but I initially voted no. I can't be the only person left who still thinks that way, can I?

EDIT: I see what happened, you simply changed the second option that used to be "no" into Grunty's option, turning all the "no" votes into votes for Grunty. I just tested this by cancelling my vote and then viewing the results and Grunty had lost a vote. This needs a fix, possibly a restart with a time extension.

Yea, I was trying to fix that problem, but it won't let me.

Alright, this poll has been opened for much longer than it should've and the topic had died out.

Now, it appears that Gruntilda is fairly supported. Therefore, Gruntilda wins this poll and will be a candidate for the DLC Poll.
