Anyone know good recipes I could make at home without too much trouble? lol

I am actually doing it as an assignment in my Japanese class, but I also have always wanted to have actual ramen (at least, close to it) :3

Make ramen?

Everyone knows proper ramen comes from a microwave and a pot.

Buy a box of Ramen packages, look on the back of the package, follow directions, BOOM! Ramen! If you are scared to use a stove, I recommend this: http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Ramen-Noodles-in-the-Microwave

Quick google search led me to

http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-make-REAL-Japanese-ramen-from-scratch/

This.

Hopefully it'll be more helpful than "durr hurr real ramen is from 50 cent packages and made in microwave XDDDD"

I'd grab some chicken broth, teriyaki and soy sauces, chicken breast (roasted, unless you want to prepare it yourself), celery, onions, scallops, and then the noodles themselves.

Chicken broth into the pot, then add chicken breast, chopped celery, chopped onions, and thinly chopped scallops. Cook this for about a half hour on low heat so the broth can absorb the flavors. Then cook the noodles in the broth.
For each bowl you serve, add about 5 drops of teriyaki sauce and 3 or soy sauce, otherwise they'll take over the flavor.

OK maybe I was thinking of the wrong food item

it's some small vegetable/herb that looks like tiny green circles when cut up?
5 hours of sleep eating away at my memory today.

Although yes you could also add Pork if you wanted, even replacing the chicken.
