Joe Musashi

Joe Musashi is the protagonist of Sega's Shinobi franchise.

Joe is a ninja, and The rival character of Ryu Hayabusa.

Joe has recently appeared in Shinobi and Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, both on the 3DS.

You seem to strike gold with the Sega franchises, but it would be nice if you'd use the actual franchises these characters come from as backup rather than a racing game they appeared in.

Voted yes, anyway, since Shinobi is a classic franchise.

I voted YES, though there is more to the character's history than just appearing on the Sonic Racing & a 3DS release. An legendary character in gaming, indeed.

That doesn't explain in any way why he should vote for him when Ryu Hayabusa is on the main poll.

I agree with Golden though, he doesn't seem to bring anything unique to the table to warrant being voted for.

Joe can use Ninja Magic.

So can Ryu Hyabusa, except in his games it's called ninpo

Thats not how suggestion polls work keyblade. Usually, I give it a minimum of 3 days unless arguments are presented before locking.

He doesn't look like anything special in comparison to Hayabusa.

So I'm voting No.

Ryu is a better choice in my opinion. I say no.

Never said there was.
Just that it doesn't make sense to vote for this guy when we have someone who is pretty much the same thing on the poll who happens to be more iconic.

Hence why I was asking if there was anything to set him apart from Hayabusa to actually warrant a vote.

Wow what an amazing turn of events, at first Joe was winning by a landslide, now it's almost neck and neck. I guess the charisma died out fast huh?

I've done some quick research to see what Joe Musashi & Ryu Hayabusa have to offer.

My Final Verdict;

Joe Musashi has many things to work with. The only problem is that a good portion of his moves & playstyle is something Hayabusa can do. The only thing that stands out for Joe that Ryu can't do is invincibility, using his body as a time bomb, & driving his Quad from Sonic Racing. I honestly think that Joe can't compete well on the DLC Poll when Hayabusa is still a candidate due to the similarities in playstyle and such, minus 3 things I mentioned above.
