Good news, everyone! I've finally received Falcon's .gmk file, including everything he's added to it (DK, Ice Cap Zone, some bug fixes, a few character buffs, etc.) This means I'll finally be able to start coding characters and changes without having to copy things over from one file to the next.
As soon as a character has complete sprites ready, I'll start coding them, which means it looks like Duck Hunt Dog will be the first to be started, with Ridley shortly thereafter. For the time being I'll be copying over the character changes I've made, as well as the Big Blue and Gyromite stages, and coding L-Cancel into almost all moves.
Here's a list of the main changes he said he made before sending me the file, in case you're interested:

- Kirby's Bair has had a knockback buff - The hitstun on Fox's Dair was reduced by one frame - Ryu's Fair does 16% damage and slightly more knockback - C. Falcon's Forward Tilt does more shield stun and knockback growth - C. Falcon's Up Air has increased horizontal range and knockback growth |
In other news, Jaklub has started working on Online Mode, and it seems to be going well. Apparently it will be run by a client-side server (meaning one player hosts a room and the other player(s) connect directly to their computer). This means it will very likely be done in time for the new demo.
Speaking of which, yeah, I still don't have a set release date. I'm hoping that I'll be able to complete Duck Hunt Dog and Ridley by the end of Thanksgiving Break so that the Balancing Team can get to work for a couple weeks. I'll probably reveal the release date a week or so in advance of it happening, but I promise it will be before the end of the year.
Thanks to everyone for your continued support and assistance, as well as for sticking with Project: Crusade to see where it'll end up!
