| Do we go back to the original or stick with the current version? If there're changes you want to see for any option, don't hesitate to say them.
I prefer that we go back with the original, provided that we get rid of the spikes in the middle.

| The current one just needs some improvements.
I suggest the following: Lower the top platform (and maybe reduce its size) and remove the solid middle walls entirely, or at least reduce considerably the space they take.
Plus, I hated the old one, so... |

| It was easier to fight on the old one, since it was less cluttered. Current layout is a complete mess.
Wow, the poll results are closer than I thought they be. I thought Old Ice Cap would stand more of a chance. |

| The old one we're talking about is my design, correct?
I feel like the only issue with it was that it was too large. If we shrunk it down a bit (So it's easier to get on top of the center platform) and included all the hazards it was supposed to have, it'd be good to go. I don't like the new one, but it's not up to me, is it. |

I don't even remember why I said that. I'll make my own ICZ, which fixes some of the problems I have with yours. EDIT: Oh yeah, I said that when I was so willing to see your design removed that I was willing to take Felipe's word. Silly me. No hard feelings right? EDIT 2: Here's my layout edit of DMX's Ice Cap. I'm not proposing this, but rather, this was something I made based on the issues I had with his layout. I still think we should go back to the old one. |

Well, most Sonic stages were big in the first place, especially when compared to other platform games. And there were stages larger than Ice Cap (hi, Metropolis Zone), so I don't think that's a good excuse to do a big Sonic stage. I liked the layout too though. Just still worried about the solid parts. It's not possible to do a Star KO in the bottom middle of the stage - one of the most frequent places to happen one, I think, talking from experience - and a left KO is a bit hard thanks to the left wall. But that's still a good one. Still going with new one, as I already said, just needs some improvements, and that's some good ones. |
