Whispy can actually move and even jump somewhat in Kirby 64, so it could actually still work.

He'd fight with his roots and apples and wind and stuff

Why do all you people hate the Kirby characters who don't suck? Or rather, why do you like the ones who do?

EDIT: That was uncalled for, but my opinion really is that Daroach is an awful choice. I hate the fact that a mouse person who has no new abilities to bring to the table gets in over some potentially awesome characters, namely some villians.

Useless, you say? Think about it. If there were no villians, then there would be no heroes, and therefore no story. Villians are important because without them, the plot would likely be bland. Even things you wouldn't think would have a hero/villian conflict have protagonists and antagonists. ANY genre has antagonists. Comedy, Romace, Mystery, Action, Adventure, Horror, you name it. Villians are necessary to any story, or at least any good one.

Besides, Daroach, while an antagonist of sorts, wasn't even the REAL threat in Kirby Sqeauk Squad, which I might add is the only game he ever appears in.

actually daroach appears in Mass Attack too, but as a good guy.

so he'd just be another, less important Dedede

at least give some reasons for why people should vote for x character

While I personally, never got the chance to play Squeak Squad. I must say, DAROACH IS AN AWFUL CHOICE!!! Come on, there's Magalor, there's Galacta Knight, Knuckle Joe, Adeline, and even other characters not listed. I will agree to this, opinions are opinions. But when you work with a character who seems to not be a real threat or have any real moveset... I mean come on! At least the list on the main DLC listing make sense. I mean, okay lemme get back on topic.

Okay, let's see... who should I vote for.... surely not Daroach..... 02 and Whispy Woods are giant characters.... Nightmare has the same problem....... Galacta Knight is just a Meta Knight clone..... Bowser Jr. already will have most of Adeline's movesets....... Magalor, well I don't know much of his moveset. So I'm going with Knuckle Joe, unless Poppy Bros. Sr./Jr. appears on the listings at most. GO KNUCKLE JOE!

Then you obviously never saw the ORIGINAL Kirby DLC vote thread. I bet it's still in CruasDLC trash, so take a look, will you?

the reason daroach is winning is because everyone who doesn't want daroach votes for one of the other candidates but none agree on a single alternative, so non-daroach votes would outweigh daroach votes but they're spread out heavily.

Det, I hate you right now, but also, I sincerly thank you for pointing that out to me. Now I know what I must do. I must try to convert all the other voters to either 02 or Marx. Next post I make in this thread will explain the reasons to vote for 02, if that fails, then next will be for Marx.

Should this be over, nobody seems to vote.
