Bayonetta as DLC?

In a surprise turn of events, the originally PS360 exclusive Bayonetta has not only branched to Nintendo through the Wii U, but said game, Bayonetta 2, is a Wii U exclusive being published by Nintendo themselves.

With this, Bayonetta is now elligible for Crusade, and if anything, fans are eating up the potential idea of her being in Smash Bros., including series creator Hideki Kamiya, who stated on his Twitter that Bayonetta in Smash Bros. should happen. Not just a simple "it would be great to see" or "I want her in Smash", but that she should be in it.
Something tells me we found Smash 4's Snake.

So I leave it up to the community to decide whether or not she should be DLC.

I'm not too familiar with her, but from what I understand, she uses her hair as a weapon (it also makes up her clothing, so she essentially "strips down" to attack, something that can be heavily toned down for Crusade), has the abilitiy to transform into a various animals, has multiple weapons that include pistols and katanas that she attatches to her arms and legs, and other special witch abilities (she's a witch).

I'm rather surprised that people haven't jumped the gun on this like they did on Smashboards, Gamefaqs, etc.
I guess I should be thankful then. I am indifferent to Bayonetta, so I will only vote if I need to.

Totally supporting this, she should at least be on the poll

Never played it, so I probably won't vote.

It's not that I wouldn't like to play the series (I love Platinum) but I have an issue with a game that has you kill and torture enemies that are named in the game as "Beloved" and "Cherished"

That doesn't mean anything for DLC remember? As for Lara Croft I believe she's on the DLC poll anyway so it's up to the voters at this point.

Morally, I'd not like her in.

Though I believe her moveset could be interesting and on that logic alone. Aye please.

Hmm, not that this should change any votes, but it appears the Kamiya's stance on Bayonetta in Smash is that it "sounds fun". He was replying to someone that said Bayonetta should be in Smash, he didn't say it himself.

Since she has majority support, she will be a DLC candidate.
