I have a couple of new suggestions for the moveset and I'm
Sure at least one you will like:

New Jab [5-hit combo] - Megaman will fire short-ranged bullets. 2 from his left arm then 2 from his right arm. For the final hit, he'll smash both of his arms together and create a small blue burst from his arm cannons. No elemental effect is intact
1- 2%
2- 1%
3- 2%
4- 1%
5- 3-5%

New down smash: Junk shield
I think power stone would be a bad addition to megaman's down smash because in the origin of the game, power stone starts from a huge radius away from megaman and it just swirls in. It was one of the least favorited megaman weapons simply because it misses or it doesn't damage almost anything intact since some of them are armored. Junk shield however summons junk exactly to megaman's position and forms into a shield. Pressing the attack button spews it out in multiple directions. In the down smash, megaman will create junk around him and when released, bursts off the junk around in a multiple-hitting short radius.
1-3: 4-8% per hit

New Up smash: Roy's suggestion of the tornado hold being an up smash is really a unique idea. He shoots a tornado hold in front of him that acts like it is. Megaman does not shoot it above him.
1-4: 3-6% per hit

I like the idea of a weaponized moveset, as opposed to current.

As for the Wily FS, don't think of it as Wily helping him; think of it as Wily trying (and failing) to destroy him, with everyone else being incidental casualties Razz (which is what Ness essentially said)

Then MM would have to be able to be hit by the FS for it to make sense, so no. Roy's new idea was much better

That'd be interesting, if MM could be hurt by his own FS... sure would make it unique. Just saying.

Got a cool idea that could work.. And im not trying to rip off SSF2's handy book at all.

Basically, in Mega Man 6: You had 2 extra rush suits in the game which were the Rush Power Adapter and the Rush Jet Adapter. In Mega Man 7, you had the Super Mega Man Adapter.

Maybe for a Final Smash: We could get a fully playable Super Mega Man. Unlike SSF2's version where all he does is Fly and punch, Mega Man will achieve a new moveset and use his power and jet adapter abilities as his specials. Instead of punches and kicks, Super Mega Man uses Robot Master weapons as his normal/smash/grab/air moveset.

And we could leave the MVC Megaman as is but with a minor weapon select change and some tweaks/new moves. It would have a sense of players feeling alot more powerful than they were and dominate the battlefield in total destruction: Basically the purpose of a Final Smash, No?

Good idea or no?
